Why a Plant-Based Diet

Current scientific studies indicate the most healthful diet is a plant-based diet. It is the ONLY sustainable diet shown to prevent, stop, and oftentimes reverse chronic disease. Modern day medicine is utilizing the power of plants to fight chronic killers such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's, acid reflux, high blood pressure, many forms of cancer, and other chronic conditions. 


From observational, meta, and double-blind placebo studies, repeatedly the evidence points to the Power of Plants. Most folks can enjoy huge health benefits with only small tweaks to their diets. Switching out just one meal a day can aid in weight loss, relieve constipation, boost energy, and improve overall health, not to mention the benefit to our environment.
